This course focuses on the role of creativity, imagination and innovation in teaching and the benefits for students and teachers in enhanced experience, enjoyment, wisdom and knowledge.

Learning Outcomes

 

  • Enabled to develop a creative classroom environment

  • Students will be enabled to enhance and develop creative and imaginative outlets in themselves

This Independent Study Class is structured for 5 sessions of independent study.  Reading the text, accessing the websites and videos, and personal research.

 

Class assignments and activities are designed to enhance students’ education and develop their skills in research, critical analysis, and academic writing.  An essay is required at the closing of the class.

 

 

Participants will complete the reading and assignments described below to achieve the course objectives.
